Key West Wanderings – It’s Been a Long Strange Trip
This year’s wild and crazy times have come to an end and it’s been a tiring 11 days dressing up in 10 different costumes, taking thousands of photographs and videos while staying out till the wee hours of the night and often into the next morning. This year’s Fantasy Fest brought some awesome creativity and fun times. What always amazes me is, where else can you mix tens of thousands of people from around the world, add massive quantities of alcohol and some drugs, add body painting, nudity and general wildness / debauchery and yet it happens in a safe way where everyone gets along, no violence, no fights. Key West is a magical place whose motto is One Human Family.
