This year's Fantasy Fest theme is "POLITICAL VOODOO AND BALLOT BOX BARBARIANS" See photo highlights of Fantasy Fest week 2016 a time of wild parties, costumes, body painting and overall debauchery. Each October Key West hosts huge celebration called FANTASY FEST week. The Fantasy Fest festivities kicks off with Zombie Bike Ride with over 5,000 Zombies riding across Key West ending up downtown. While this is a Halloween oriented event with lots of costumes it is also not for the shy or prudish as it is clearly an Adult only event.
