Photography is trying to capture essence of the moment. That split second when everything falls into place: emotion, composition. Before you know it, it's gone because you are not aware of it.
Using an 'old-fashioned' analog camera and Fuji Neopan 1600 I tried to go for these moments during a stroll through Paris in july 2009. Compared to using a digital camera this is even more challenging because there's no second chance: the moment I press the button has to be exactly 'right'. It's challenging but definitely worth the effort.
