Former home in Peralta Trails (May, 2006). We bought one of the models. So, it was completely finished, included all the upgrades and the landscaping was done. We're still located in Gold Canyon, just a couple miles east of MountainBrook Village, which was a 55+ community. Peralta Trails is a Del Webb community, non-age restricted. The road to the Peralta trailhead runs thru the community. (See the Peralta Trail Hike album.)

Oh, the name of the model we bought? The Stargazer - of course! Strong light pollution ordinances in the area. :O)

Update - October, 2011. I have since moved to Entrada Del Oro, another community about 5 miles farther east, with slightly darker skies.
