Part of the reason for so many cables is I switch between 2 cameras - the SBIG STF8300M, hsown here, and a Canon DSLR, at present the Canon 7DMkII.
Other connections are for the autoguider camera and the StarlightExpress SXV-AOLF adaptive optics device.
