This is the result of re-aligning the individual RGB frames from the previous GIF, using ImagesPlus 5.0. The difference is subtle but noticeably absent is the color fringing around the rings, as seen in the original color composite version - http://www.pbase.com/wjshaheen/image/156422691 (use your browser's back button to return here).

Note that this technique (splitting a color image, aligning and then re-combining) does NOT address the issue of the individual colors coming to focus at different points, hence mono imaging through individual filters providing the opportunity to re-focus between.
