Celestron EdgeHD 1100 and the SBIG ST-8300M

This gallery is for displaying images produced using the 11" Celestron EdgeHD telescope and the SBIG ST-8300M (monochrome) CCD camera (except where another camera is noted).

The mount is a Losmandy G11 with the Gemini system which has been upgraded using Maxon motors and the Ovision precision worm assembly. Autoguiding is performed with Dr. Craig Stark's PHD Guiding autoguiding software and the Starlight Xpress Lodestar autoguider through a Stellarvue 50mm finderscope, (200mm FL, f/4) and a 2x Barlow. Processing is performed with a combination of Mike Unsold's ImagesPlus - Automatic Image Set Processing and Craig Stark's Nebulosity2.
