Great Blue Heron: SERIES

The appetizer - a small crayfish

The main course - a young muskrat.

While some were lucky to capture most of the heron-muskrat action two of us were 'in the wrong place'.........again. Arghhh!!!!!!
Right after this shot the heron downed its meal.
