Now that's a mouthful!! I watched the heron for about 10 minutes as it tried to swallow the fish. The heron finally tired of my presence and flew away with its meal.





To show how big the fish was. The head of the fish was missing so perhaps the heron had found one that had been dropped by an osprey or discarded by a fisherman.
