I never thought that i would have the chance to photograph this beautiful bird of prey relatively close today. It started when i spotted a silhouette of the bird perched on a dead tree over a hundred steps across the field. I grabbed the chance. I walked for few steps, took several shots and paused. Then that process was repeated several times until I was a little closer to the bird and had a decent amount of axis light. This last shot is a usable keeper from half a thousand clicks i made. I didnt move any closer after that because i knew the bird needed a break after watching my moves for a long time, 30 minutes to be exact 😉
