King's Island

July 3 - 5

For Independence Day Weekend, Jon and I headed down to his place in Cincinnati for a day of roller coastering at Paramount's King's Island park. There are some monstrously cool rides at this place, from the unbelievably intense indoor coaster Flight of Fear to the beat-you-to-a-pulp joltiness of The Beast. There were also some less typical types of thrill rides at KI, such as Delirium (you'll soon see that it deserves the name).

Son of Beast line - I must say, it was quite a painful ride. Bruised my knees quite badly, but it was worth it.
