Hamburg had been ogling the Sydney Opera House forever. When they started to restructure the old harbour front, the idea to build unto an old warehouse was born. The part in red brick is the old warehouse,complete with the old cranes, the glass structure on top houses the concert halls. Apart from that there are several restaurants, a hotel and several pricey apartments.
