On the GL1800 you can find the connector C15 under the seat inside a black boot, this connector is shown in the photo on the right, hooking the brake flasher into the green/red wire behind this connector will flash all the brake lights.

I hooked up my Hyper Lites to the green/red wire behind connector C14, this is the circuit used for the optional high mount brake lights.
