Cold and clear on the other hand create amazing and wonderful scenery.
Snowdunes near the Soda Butte Creek, just an example.
.......but this little creature didn't look that happy! (Both pictures are Lamar Valley).
Cold is no danger for the Bison baby; a coyote may be! Mum is very vigilant.
Yellowstone for us is wolves and bears in the first place. Spotting for hours, here Hellroaring overlook.
Same location, as it was most days. We saw quite a few Oxbow wolves from here.
