Digital Medium Format

I was trying a Kodak DCS digital back for the Mamiya 645 AFD for the first time
while visiting my sister's house in the mountains, located in Valle Nuevo, one of the
highest points in the mountains of Dominican Republic. The view from their house
down into the valley is simply spectacular. I took several "panoramic" views of the
valley by taking individual images and stiching them in PS. The results were very good
with great resolution and details preserved as well as good color rendition. The resolution
of this digital back is 16 megapixels and now that my Canon cameras are both 16.7 Mps,
the diference is not there any more so, I am using my Canon bodies for Landscape
photography. In fact, by comparison, the images produced by the Canon cameras
when shot in RAW and at 16bit are "better" than the Kodak digital back in many
aspects. I am still using the Mamiya and Kodak back on rare occasions mostly for
portrais and in-site studio photography. The Kodak back though is "much better" in
my opinion, for people portraits, rendering beautiful soft and real skin color and

other sizes: small medium large original auto

What kind of watch/brand/model are you wearing? Serious question.
