City under clouds
La ciudad de Constanza cubierta por una capa de nubes. Puede verse la ciudad con las luces
encendidas. A la izquierda se aprecia la silueta del Pico Duarte, la montaña mas alta del Caribe.
Su nombre es en honor a Juan Pablo Duarte, el padre de la patria.
Por encima de la capa de nubes un hermoso y rojizo atardecer se apreciaba desde lo alto

The mountain on the left towering above the clouds is "El Pico Duarte", the tallest mountain in the Caribbean.
Its name, Duarte, is in honor of the father of our freedom and independence, Juan Pablo Duarte.
