Patriot Rail Service serves as the switching contractor for Lakeshore Railcar Services

Patriot Rail 45T GE 101 (plant asset # 06094) was remanufactured by GE/Cleveland
on 5/21/1991, serial # 30783 having 2 GE 733 traction motors and 300hp.
This locomotive has a historic past, having been built for the Grasse River RR #1 in December 1950.
It then was sold when the GRRR closed in 1957 to the East Branch & Lincoln RR.

Usually used at the north end and publicly inaccessable area of the plant, the Patriot crews
lined up their locomotives and exceeded all of our requests! Thanks to the railroad for being such a fine host!
