Here is an image that I captured in West Virginia while exploring for Fall colors.
I wanted a shot much closer to the Mill in the background, but all of the trees close to it in the foreground had lost all of the colorful leaves,
so I went downstream to this location and found this spot looking upstream.
It was getting later in the afternoon and I was losing light, so I thought it would be perfect for early morning light.
I got up for sunrise and it was beautiful out, so I explored a bit then walked back toward this spot for best light. As I got closer, I started to hear many voices.....
Needless to say, when I got to my vantage point, there were about 50 other photographers waiting to take this same shot.
I actually had to "Wait in line" to take my photos.
Patience is truly a virtue sometimes.
