Nepal: Nov. 2010

I was lucky enough to win an 11-day trek to Ama Dablam base camp in November 2010 with World Expeditions. With only 2 months of preparation time, it was tough going - but the scenery and experience was worth every bit of pain! I salute the spirit, toughness, friendliness and resourcefulness of the Nepalese people - they are quite simply inspirational.

All images in this gallery were shot with a Nikon D200 DSLR and Nikon 16-85 VR lens.
