Haven't I spent enough $$ on INK, why do I keep running out?

I tried to get this picture to look as if it was streaking from low ink, I know we all love that. :)

Hmm Epson 1290 or 1280? Yes the ink and paper gets pretty expensive. But the results worth it.

It's like razorblades, the printer is cheap, and the ink is goldplated.
