A collection of favourite books and authors.

Georg Büchner (1813 - 1837) always fascinated me, his short life as well as his work.
His story about Jakob Lenz was one of the books that impressed me very much in my younger days.
But itīs not a story alone, that makes a good book, itīs the way itīs told. Thatīs why I like John Fante.
The mood created by his words, things like hope and humanity arising from his pages, can brighten my day.
And then there are Christopher Moore and Terry Pratchett,
both looking at reality from a crazy point of view, with a lot of fantasy and a great sense of humour.
