Always once within four years we all have an excusion for having a time out, doing nothing apart from eating peanuts in front of TV. We are standing a bit beside ourselves, leaving our intellect somewhere else. And then after four weeks we all wake up and come back to real life again: Someone has become the new football world champion, and we ask ourselves: SO WHAT??? Itīs as important as a sack full with rice, falling down to the ground somewhere in China. Well, FIFA WORLD CUP 2006 seems to be a trademark with copyright, so I have to give this gallery the name of what it really is: Balla Balla.
I know itīs a bit like ancient Rome: bread and games. But to be honest, I spent nearly half of my life in Gelsenkirchen and the other half in Dortmund; both are soccer towns with two of the most famous clubs in Germany and both take part in the world cup. I will enjoy every minute! May the best team win.
