Maître Jacques Du Broeucq - born in the Netherlands and widely regarded as one of the major representatives of Renaissance art - was a master carver
whose creations can be widely seen in Wallonia and beyond.
He had created a screen for the cathedral in Mons, which was later dismantled,
but parts of the screen have been put in various places in the church.
