It's Christmas again for us, with family visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area, who were in Florida for the actual Christmas date.
One should have, of course, a stollen for Christmas, and this homemade one is second to none.

Not just marzipan, but homemade candied orange and lemon peels. Ah, yes, and rum-soaked raisins! :-)
