Thanks, Stephen. The owl was being shown around by its trainer. It is being trained for a new upcoming bird show at the Wild Animal Park. When the trainer was closest to where I was sitting (just a few feet, really), at first the owl refused to look at me. When it did, I was just lucky to get one shot with its beak open. The light was really low as you can see from the EXIF, and IS would have really helped...
