Michele made this gingerbread church for a dear friend. This woman has been living with Meniere's disease (a very debilitating inner ear disease). Michele has been faithfully cooking a meal a week for the family for about five years now. The gingerbread house was one of her Christmas presents. She confessed she had always wished for one. Of course, they don't come more beautiful or better tasting than this!
