I finally got started on what I had wanted to do for a while: to gain some more upper body strength. So, I got an inexpensive but good 40 lbs dumbbell set. Yes, pretty wimpy (10-20 lbs per dumbbell), but one has to start somewhere, and I'll add more plates later. For $44, this was a good deal.
Right on. Stick with it. Put them next to the couch and do two sets of 10 for every commercial that comes on. Not commercial break....every commercial.
