I asked myself the same question as Dave...
Is there a regular ethic code they can find everywhere?
I would not know... Plus...i tried to decipher the Braille sign...i see 5 numbers but then again, i never learned Braille...

I always wonder... do those braile dots EVER get rubbed?! And how would a blind person know where to find them?
