Cadillac Ranch

The Cadillac ranch, an art project consisting of several Cadillac cars from the era 1949 to 1963 known for their large fin back fenders. They were originally all one color. However, after the exhibit was moved further west from Amarillo to an empty corn field to allow room for an expanding city, the artists apparently encouraged people to decorate them as desired with spray paint., which accounts for their current appearance The Cadillac ranch is located just West of Amarillo, Tx On I-40 The vehicle have been repainted a solid color on several occasions but return to their current state very quickly.
