My Goal to Walk up to top of knob behind the house each day a 2+ miles walk up their to keep in shape, no trails. Cents I started a month so far only miss one day going all to top, it from very highs winds. Its take 1 1/2 to 2 Hr. depending way I go. Elev. Gain for 400 to 1000ft.my best so far, and
300 to 700 Calories burn off. I will be 67 in Oct.
