I asked Christine (Pbaser Laroseforest) if she could identify and she thinks it may be a Spotted Wintergreen, Chimaphila maculata. She couldn't really see colour or details in the photo, but the general shape of the flower and the woodland setting point to it being possibly that flower. Hope this helps!
