The maps don't show a trail down the right side of Tanasee Creek, but there is one. It's probably mostly a fisherman's trail and follows an old railroad bed. We decided to head to Bernie's best find which is on a tributary about 2.5 miles down the creek on the same side as the trail. This is an awesome area even with very low flow water. It would be outrageous with more water.
