If you keep up with happenings in the area you may be going 'Hey! I thought there was no parking for the Horsepasture!' Well, you are right - most of these people parked where they didn't have permission to park. Shame on them! As you can see, water levels are very low on the river. People were jumping, sliding, and swimming anyway.
