The hurricanes of 2004 washed out the bridge leading to Daniel Ridge Falls and trails. One could still get across the river by wading or walking the big log, but now it's finally time to replace the bridge. I talked with the guy in charge and he asked that folks stay away during the week while crews are there, but it was OK to visit on the week ends. Construction is scheduled for the next 2 months. I snapped off a shot, then headed into Brevard.
