The next decision was which way should we go back. We had passed the waterfall while heading down the mountain. The creek is down a steep slope from the trail - we could hear it, but couldn't see it. Once down the mountain we took a trail back up the creek, so we were already part way back up the mountain. Jack had seen on Kevin Adams' web site that there was another waterfall above this one, so that pretty much sealed the deal on which way we were heading. Not up the rocks, tho - but into the woods with the poison ivy, briars, steep slopes, and thick shrub.
