Rock Pile is in the foreground, but was closed for improvements on this and my last visit. This view is the same as a lot of views at the park since the trails are on this side of the mountain. The view looks back up Hwy 74 and Hickory Nut Gorge. Bald Mountain is on the opposite side of the Hwy. The pointy mountain in the background is Little Pisgah Mountain.
