Oconee Bells 1

This plant blooms around the same time as the wildflowers in Station Cove. The easiest place to see it is in Devil's Fork State Park on Lake Jocassee, but it thrives in other moist areas throughout the Jocassee Gorge area. It's actually quite rare, but usually occurs in masses where it is found - 'locally abundant' is the term often used.
