It was mid afternoon by the time we got back to the vehicle, so we munched on our sandwiches and pondered our next move. I hadn't been to Hooker Falls in a while and Cindy had never been, so we took the short trail down river to the falls. I knew there had been some construction going on at the falls and it turns out it's a stream restoration project. Erosion had taken out a lot of this bank and it has now been rebuilt. An info board has some good before and after shots. My shot here shows the big rocks and fill dirt that have been added.
