The plan was to shoot in this are, then head out the gravel road towards Big Creek. Several miles down is a trail head for a hike to Little Cataloochee Church which I haven't been to. But not too far down this road we came upon some other buildings that I didn't know were here. The sign outside said 'Palmer House'. Behind the house are the spring house and blacksmith shop.
