The bridge is an excellent place to pull off and enjoy the West Fork. After shooting the previous shot I went back up, crossed the road and followed the fishing path back down to the river. You'll see some great scenery by parking a vehicle here, then taking another vehicle down to the waterfall and rock hopping up the river to the bridge. You'll have to wade part of the river and it might take all day. A shorter option would be to begin at one of the pull offs between the falls and 3 Arch Bridge.
