The easiest way to get to the lower waterfall is to go back to the Poplar Hollow Trail and continue east for a short distance down to the creek. Bushwhack up the left side of the creek for a short distance to the falls. The creek splits in 3 places to form the waterfall. I could only get the left and middle in from this angle.
