The lower and upper waterfalls on Bubbling Spring Branch don't get many visitors even though it's only a 10-15 minute hike to the lower falls. The trail does cross the creek a few times and there's a bit of a scramble up the rocks to get to the base. This photo here is part of the scramble area - the falls is just up around the bend.
