This picture was taken in March 2004 just outside the Tapae Gate. I'm standing at the entrance of a 7-11 store. The set is in an area that is usually a place where moto's are parked. They started building the set in the morning and were finished filming by midnight. The water in the road came from the "rain" truck, there was not a cloud in the sky! The scene is Saigon and the movie, we were told, is "Sniper 3."

** UPDATE ** The movie is now out and yes it is "Sniper 3". This scene is fairly early in the movie as is the scene taken later that night in the night market area.
