Another "Sam the Cooking Guy" recipe found on YouTube. Have made it a few times, very solid dish. Not sure that the spinach in it is authentic but it sure is yummy! This was also cooked on the Acorn smoker rather than in the oven, but could easily be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees.
