Brisket - Fast and Hot

This brisket was cooked on an Chargriller Acorn smoker (kamodo style cooker) in the "Hot and Fast" method. One of the best briskets I have cooked and I think the Hot and Fast method works well for a kamodo style smoker as the airflow is much less than in an offset style smoker. Give it a try, I think you may be surprised!
