A northeastern view from Casemates du Bock in Luxembourg City: the Pfaffenthal railway viaduc (260 meters long) over over the Alzette Valley and the Kirchberg area on a plateau across the valley. Kirchberg is the "new town" of Luxembourg, located to the northeast of the the historic Old Town (Ville Haute).
