Completed in 1350, the Oude Kerk (Old Church) is a Gothic Protestant church in the old city center of Delft. Among the 400 people entombed are the painter, Johannes Vermeer (1675), and the inventor of microscope, Antonie van Leeuwenhoek (1723).
