Isn't it strange that we grow up experiencing what we assume is "normal"... only to find out that that our normal is not that at all. In my case, I believed that it was normal to learn to read from comic books. I believed that it was normal to have characters like this lying around the house. My father did not date this drawing, but I believe it was from the 1960's. Even in his fifties, he was still being "normal."
