Mr Magoo was one of my father's favorite cartoon characters. I particularly remember Dad watching cartoons on television and enjoying "Magoo" and "Heckle and Jeckle" the most. It is no surprise that Mr. Magoo shows up in Dad's drawings. The birds are apparently another example of his practicing.
