The next morning as he enjoyed breakfast in the hotel’s garden restaurant,
Giulio could not forget the image of Ryan that appeared to him the previous
evening in the Club Bar. In the sunlight amidst the lush vegetation that
decorated the hotel grounds certain she danced before his eyes as a
luminous vision. Her strawberry blond hair fell in soft ringlets framing her face.
She was a glorious blossom surrounds by small flowers. He recalled that her skin
was smooth and soft, her voice equally so with a lilting tone that might have been
the hint of a Dublin accent had she not be a 100% California girl.

The waitress approached him as he seemed lost in his reverie,
“Shall I bring another pot of coffee sir?”   Giulio nodded, “Please.”

The waitress promptly disappeared, only to reappear in a few short minutes.
She set the small French press pot near him. “It needs a few more minutes
to brew. I’ll return to press in the plunger and pour your coffee.” Luxury service
needed to be impeccable. She stepped away from the table so as not to be intrusive
by her presence, thus allowing Giulio to return to his reverie.
